Return and exchange period The customer has the right to request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging. Non-returnable or exchangeable products Binoculars, air rifles, and telescopes (scopes) are not returned or exchanged except in case of a manufacturing defect only. No return request is accepted if the defect is caused by misuse or damage after receipt. General conditions for returns and exchanges The invoice or order number must be provided to complete the process. In case of an error in the order or receipt of a damaged product, the store bears all shipping and replacement costs. Refund The amount will be refunded after receiving and inspecting the product within 3–7 working days via the payment method used. Shipping fees are only refunded if the error is from the store.
